[Wanted] Paint removal on Adult pics - Pay per pixel with LN?

Just saw this on Reddit and I was thinking if it would be possible for someone to create a App that removes "virtual" paint

covering adult pictures. People add their own pictures and then he/she allocate a price per pixel for the paint removal. The

owner must pay for the hosting of the photo and this goes towards the owner of the site for hosting the service. People visiting

the site can then remove the paint that covers the pictures {all the delicate areas or the whole picture} pixel by pixel, by

paying with the Lightning Network. {This will showcase the possibilities with the micro payments in the adult industry} Oh, a

small thumbnail will give the customers an idea what they will see in the whole picture. Do you think this will work?

- Personally, I can't see someone paying money to unlock an adult/nude picture (partly/whole), when they can easily search the internet and see such stuff for free.

I disagree. Some of the stuff is unique per site and also Copyrighted. This can succeed if you link this to a "request a pose" feature.

Your favourite model can post a preview and the users on the site can request a pose. If they want to see the new posed picture, they have to pay to remove the virtual paint? <Hope I understand this correctly OP?>

You can even make this a community feature, where users combine efforts to uncover pictures for the community pool of pictures. If you are a VIP member, then you have access to the community pool of pictures that was uncovered.

I think this is a very good idea, if you can get unique content. <Amateur stuff>

Next to this, the first one opening such a service will probably get a lot of customers that want to try out the LN network, and think such a "paint removal" service is a fun way to test out their new LN wallets. Offcourse, you have to make sure you're one of the first people to accept LN payments. If you open such a service after hundreds of other retailers accept LN payments, you lose these customers.

Depending on my workload, i'd probably be able to help you in the development of such a service if you ever want to go trough with this idear

I think my partner will leave, if I fund a project like this. My work partner is very conservative and I respect his principles. It

is still a good idea for someone else to work on, because the adult industry needs innovation and a new payment platform

that are ideally suited for micro payments and tipping. This will also show off the capabilities of the Lightning Network at the

same time. Donations Accepted for the idea.

Again, I disagree. Some perverts  like to see specific things. The professional model or amateur might have posted a bunch of photos on the internet, but this pervert wants a specific pose or setting.

Let's say you are into bondage for instance and you want the model to pose with a horse whip, then that posed photo will cost you extra to view it. 

The person requesting the photo, will then have to wipe the pixels to get to the content that he or she likes at a additional cost.

I think this is a brilliant idea.

Yes, there is definitely a market for personalized porn. One model can make a lot of money from 1 single photo, if it tick the

box for a lot of surfers.  The owner of the site can verify the authenticity of the posters contributions by asking for a

specific pose and a note that says something that the owner asked in advance for verification.    The owner will obviously

only have to do this as part of the registration process, when models sign up for this service. 

One photo can generate continues revenue as new surfers uncover photos for the first time. The VIP membership will grant

surfers access to all photos that were uncovered before by other users.

I don't think that you should let photo's be uncovered more than once. I'd turn it into a crowdfunded effort to uncover photo's by many people who pay a small amount each.
That way people wont just screebgrab the picture afterwards and share it, giving your service a bad name.

You could let the model set the price of the photo, say they want $50 in total, you just divide it into 50 'pixels' and multiple people can bid on removing them.

Kinda the same as tipping towards a big goal with live cams.

Well, that's exactly how my POC works... Offcourse i loaded it with some open source images instead of NSFW ones... I also used imagemagic to blur the image instead of unblocking more pixels...
