Sorry for the stupid question.
If one new project will make a token based on EOS can I keep the token of this project on my eth address?

Are you referring to EOS? Obviously not you cannot store EOS Tokens on Eth wallet its a 2 different blockchain or else you will lose your EOS based tokens.
Talking about EOS its an ERC20 token for now based on ETH maybe they are going to swap soon if their mainnet is ready.

Not anymore. You'll get an equivalent amount of EOS you hold in your ETH blockchain but the EOS tokens in the ETH blockchain would go valueless.
EOS holders were asked to register their token earlier for the swap, as many did missed that, they are again giving users a chance to swap EOS ERC20 token to EOS blockchain coin.

Any new EOS related transaction will now happen directly on EOS blockchain. So EOS projects can't send you tokens to your ETH address. As simple as that. All airdrops, EOS tokens will now show in your EOS wallet only. You can use Greymass or Scatter wallets for this, but these are third party wallets and none of them is recommended by EOS.

So at the moment there is no official wallet for EOS? I must go to their website to do some checking on the current status. I did the registration a month or so back and have my own EOS public and Private keys already.

No, there is not. And I have heard they won't be making any web or desktop wallet interface. They are developing an Apple smartphone based hardware wallet. That's so stupid and unnecessary. Just release a damn desktop wallet first.
But there is an alternative. I am hearing the name of Greymass wallet a lot. It's being advertised in all their social media channels at regular intervals by random people. Which makes me a bit uncomfortable. If it's that good why not mention it on the official site as recommended wallet!
