Germany is known as a friendly country for new technology, as long as the technology is able to benefit everyone and become one solution to a problem. I have long heard that Germany has legalized bitcoin to be a legitimate method of payment but I do not see from the lateness that happened in Germany could affect other countries to follow legalize bitcoin.

In Germany, Bitcoin has become a means of payment, it's really great news!  While it is difficult to talk about the disadvantages of using biccones after their legalization, BUT the advantages are that: -Bitcoin It is not taxed.  -After Germany legalized Bitcoin, the cash equivalent began to gain popularity.  -Because of the limited nature of these virtual coins, inflation does not threaten him.

I am very much pleased with Germany recently! They are the fastest in Europe in the crypt world! Banks begin to trade on the stock exchanges in pairs! They pass laws on the legalization of bitcoin as a valuable asset! there are new projects on the crypto system! this is a good sign!)))

I don't see how any country can rule that Bitcoin is legal tender. Legal tender means that it can be used in settlement of a debt, and, as not everybody is capable of accepting Bitcoin, I don't see how any government can create a legal obligation to accept it.

Previously, Germany had a negative view of Bitcoin in my view. Now she is changing her attitude to Bitcoin. I wonder what is it connected with?

If this is actually true, then it is very good for cryptocurrencies. Let every other country also follow suit so that cryptocurrencies will reach a more greater audience.

Yeah. It is great that the trend of nations is evaluating bitcoin and crypto more positively. Maybe I missed this party. I realized information about Malta, the dynamics of Mastercard. And maybe we will have an early moon in Q3. Cheesy

Welcome to February 2018. You are a bit slow there, mate.

Virtual currencies (cryptocurrencies, e.g., Bitcoin) become the equivalent to legal means of payment, insofar as these so-called virtual currencies of those involved in the transaction as an alternative contractual and immediate means of payment have been accepted.

Somewhat ironic, the video you shared is from 2013.

Damn it, looks like no-one even noticed your reply, since everybody is just repeating the same crap over and over again.
I can't even view the video, but I wasn't able to find any recent news articles that mention this 'news'.

Found this one from a year ago:
https://bigthink.com/ideafeed/in-germany-bitcoin-is-now-legal-tender

Really OP, do some research before posting outdated stories like this.

On a side note: they should just outright ban everybody who replied to this thread without doing the most basic of research.
You guys just show that you're only in it to increase your post count.

Germany is a strict country. If they are open to the special currency, many European countries will support bitcoin.

I am from Russia and I very much hope that our government will do the same in the near future. Now they are wary of cryptocurrencies because of their high volatility. But when they finally understand all the advantages of cryptocurrency, I hope it will come into use. The main thing that the regulation was not very strict.

Wow this is simply amazing news.  I have said it before but I think the governments and bankers wanted Bitcoin all along and most likley created it themselves.  If you see more and more countries doing this then you know Bitcoin was the chosen one.  Get in early!

A great and heartwarming news from one of the Super power countries. This is enough for the doubters to know that there is absolutely nothing shady about bitcoin as more developed countries are embracing it. If any country is still thinking otherwise, such country is doomed to find itself far behind in the nearest future.

You do not think that everything is so smooth. So Germany has found a way to legalize bitcoin in its benefits. So they came up with a way to track transactions and track down scammers. Maybe they just want this action to increase the state of their economy, more tourists will have miners and other crypto currency holders.
