Did you sign a message using your address? If not, I'm afraid you won't be able to get back your account. If you did, it will take some time.

Better if you sign message from your address and sent it to Cyrus or theymos instead asking for ban. You post a bitcoin address in the past, but looks like thats an exchange address....
You can try sign message with that ETH address and sent it to admin, i don't know if admin will accept it, but you can give a try.

Sign and verify a wallet address with MyEtherWallet

I do not think any of the admin will accept that. I remember (I hope my memory is serving me right) last time there was a conversation about only accepting Bitcoin signed address.

Anyway whatever it is, I hope the OP get back his/her account.

Good luck.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

ETH addresses are accepted as far as I know, in fact any altcoin is accepted as long as it's network has sufficient hashrate to assume the signature wasn't compromised. Of course Bitcoin has #1 priority over altcoins.

The problem is that even if you sign not once but several BTC addresses, it still guarantees nothing because the recovery process is an absolute mess with only 2 guys taking care of it. They should hire more staff for quick account recovery and spend less time on less pressing matters.

I do think from the same page. It's too much for two person especially I bet when they are super busy. For some reason a 2FA would have been nice to avoid all these manual loads.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M
