You can use the wallet star in the Exchange, because they provide such facilities and is very easy to use his

You should use personal wallet (it's not hard to make one anyways), all card tokens will be linked with your stellar address, if you use exchange wallet address and it gets hacked you will lose access to those tokens since you don't hold the private keys.
