Hello, I'm not a phone addict, I use it only for chatting with my friends or to call somebody. But there are so many people who use it all day, even when they go out, for example in a cafe, they use their phones, apps like Instagram, Facebook, you know.

Yes I always have my phone beside me or next to me when I go to sleep or am outside, or even at work I do often check my phone a lot.
