China was giving importance to blockchain it simply because they know that it can help them and to their businesses. Chinese people are not easily involved in anything that they knew that it couldn't give help to them.
Fair point. And that's true for everyone because no body ever gets involved in such a risky market without having the confidence that it would benefit them in the future. It is well known that China is one of the largest emerging markets, part of this is due to the fact that they are somewhat quicker to adopt new technologies that might eventually set them apart from the rest of the world. |

One of the root causes why the Chinese want to take advantage of Blockchain technology is of course money. Chinese are what I say a natural born businessmen and they have an eye for oppprtunity. Just take a look at how some local Chinese companies are creating their own version of the products seen in Kickstarter websites. This is what they are also doing with Blockchain as they know that this has a potential to give them a lot of money in the future.
Really friends, they are very agile to see opportunities that produce money. We can see that they are wandering everywhere. And in my country, most of the entrepreneurs are people from China. |

Yes, China attaches great importance to new technologies, but the chainblock without token incentives is incomplete. I think it's very contradictory for the Chinese government to worry about not controlling resources well when it wants to develop new technologies.

This is one of the reasons why I believe that bitcoin would not be the first plate cryptocurrency above all because countries will sooner or later understand that cryptocurrency is not all about Bitcoin, there are so many others. |

That's the reason behind them banning bitcoin as they like blockchain but they don't like bitcoin because the Chinese government couldn't control bitcoin so they cribbed it out and just adapted what they liked that it the blockchain. That's also worse than India as it has just banned the banks with dealing with the virtual currencies and not the virtual currencies themselves. So there is some room for acceptance of cryptocurrencies in India via peer to peer method of selling or buying crypto. |
