FuzeX ecosystem provides real-time exchange between crypto and fiat currencies. This means that
you can now bridge the gap between your online wallet and the one in your pocket

Step 1: Choose your desired cryptocurrency on your FuzeX Card.
Then view your account balance and real-time conversion rate in fiat (conventional) currency

Step 2 : Hand over your FuzeX Card to the Merchant. The Merchant then inserts your FuzeX Card as
normal and the POS terminal sends a request to the relevant Issuer.

Step 3 : The Issuer instantly checks your account for sufficient fiat funds via the FuzeX Exchange.
If there are sufficient funds, the payment is authorized. If not, then the payment is declined.

Step 4 : The Merchant receives payment authorization and the payment is complete.
You then receive a courtesy purchase summary via your FuzeX Wallet

FXT Utility
A key part of our project and payment platform is developing our own FuzeX Exchange,
but this will take a little time. Having our own exchange is essential to adopting other cryptocurrencies for use with the
FuzeX Card, and maximising and expanding the utility of the FXT Token for our token holders.


Once we build our FuzeX ecosystem, by integrating our partners, who are co-branding and working
with us (to use their tokens with our FuzeX Card to make payments), our payment platform will then
evolve to become a service platform.


Our FXT Tokens will then take on a more important role within our service platform ecosystem, as a
medium between tokens and a bridge between services offered by these tokens.


Once these tokens are listed on our FuzeX Exchange, we can convert FXT Tokens to our partner
tokens. This means that all FXT Token holders will be able to use and access partner services with
their FXT Tokens. For example, partners in our FuzeX Exchange who provide tokenised services such
as travel, accommodation, medical, legal, coupons etc. can have their tokens exchanged by us using
FXT Tokens.

Tokens are generally classified into two different categories: Utility Tokens & Security Tokens.

The definition of what is considered a security differs in varying degrees by each respective jurisdiction.
For this reason, we believe it was important to receive a legal opinion whether the FuzeX Token ("FXT") is considered a security in each relevant jurisdiction.
We have made contact with various reputable law firms both in US and Singapore, where they concluded that FXT is very unlikely to be found as a security.

We believe the opinion that FXT is not considered a security is very important for several reasons:

1. There is a wide concern from token owners whether the possession and trading of tokens would constitute as a SEC or applicable security violation.
If the token in question is not a security, it will fall outside of the regulations of SEC or applicable security laws.
Since we received opinions from various law firms that FXT is not a security, this opinion alleviates many concerns for our FXT users.

2. To be in compliance with the law and regulations,
many exchanges as a general matter require the token in question to undergo legal analysis whether the token is considered a security in the relevant jurisdiction.
If there is a high likelihood that the token will constitute as a security, most exchanges will be very guarded against the listing of that token.
Therefore, the opinion that FXT is not a security opened many doors for the possibility of FXT to be listed on exchanges in the future.

Daniel(CSO of FuzeX) joined as a panel at Future of Payment discussion on 28, June 2018 at Blockchain Open Forum.
The session was held under Jason Jang, GBF KR director and Bobby Bao(co-founder of Monaco), Seo Sang Jae(founder of PayX), Lockholm Sten(Adara),
Chang Geun Lee(Keypair), and Jake Goh(Rate3) have shared insights into the future of crypto payment.

The main contents are as follows.

Do you believe the public users will be able to use the blockchain/crypto payment?

FuzeX
It may or may not be. Currently cryptocurrency payment market is at an early stage due to its’ uncertainty and price volatility.
Merchants need to accept cryptocurrency as a stable asset like fiat currency but it’s not.
For example, one of the franchise brands in Japan accepted Bitcoin as one of the payment and they have lost a hundred million dollars because of price volatility.
This shows the reason why merchants or stores are not accepting cryptocurrency directly and difficulties of adopting crypto payment into the real world.
Therefore we still need the medium body to exchange crypto to fiat and let merchant settle with fiat, which FuzeX team will do.
In transition period, that role is necessary and taking a significant part of this field.
FuzeX seems to provide just cryptocurrency transaction, but in fact, it is a payment solution for merchant to settle with fiat.

The biggest hurdle for cryptocurrency payment and for using blockchain platform. How can each overcome the fees?

FuzeX
In fact, the fee is not the biggest hurdle. Limitation of acceptance is.
There are a lot of missions to overcome. First, current merchants need to buy additional POS which is difficult.
Secondly, it is hard to contract each merchant due to an instability of price.
So increasing the acceptance of crypto is the most important role for stability.

If it is possible to integrate each project’s system on top of the current system or if each must builds a new infrastructure.

We believe that it is important to keep the legacy payment infrastructure that people have now for wider use case and convenience for users.
We used card format because we thought it needs to focus on a more intuitive and comfortable UI.
Other projects like Monaco and PayX build payment system on a mobile platform.
Therefore, it is important to give the user same user experience as the payment systems currently used.
We also provide more convenience by adding an e-paper display on the card so that users can check the real-time exchange rate on the card display.

We’ve all agreed on the usability of cryptocurrency is at an early stage. The main mission is to increase the acceptance and hedging for the uncertainty of cryptocurrency.
We can bring the brighter future in the crypto payment by doing your role in your position in the field.

We were able to notice their great interest in the discussion at the site as the number of people who are eager to use cryptocurrency in real life has been increased.
The visitors who joined the forum had their seats to concentrate on the session.

There are already plenty of projects that have tried to solve the problem of usability in crypto but none of those have adduced the exact solution so far.
