Fees : Withdraw fees at your charge.
Min : 50$
Max : 220$
Payment Method : PayPal or Cash (on Paris, France).

Beware PayPal. All transactions can be reversed.

He only has to send the coin first as he is newbie and just opened the new thread and want to sell. So nobody will be going first unless he is ready to escrow and pay the fees or send the coins first and then other may send the payment . Yes paypal is reversal so lot of risk.

 What is your profit when you sell without charges 50$ and 220$ as mini and maxi is it not too small ?
