What is your recommendation for Crypto trading,  Day trading or HODL

I always see the market situation and indeed in the current year it is not good, but recovery in the current month is ongoing, if I want to become a daily trader maybe I can look for profit now, but I am not like that because the high risk will be obtained, so I prefer to hold it back and wait until finally there really is a high leap because i am looking for big profits

The current market conditions doesn't really give opportunity for one to daytrade. Except you're only looking to fomo. Aside from that, Nothing. Like I've always said, When in loss, the best option anyone has it to keep holding their positions till the fog clears off. In such cases, a daytrader opts to sell at a loss. Which is a major downside.

I ended the year by cashing out on my profits and I plan to reinvest it in myself to get some new tech/hardware. I made a conscious decision to cash out because I don't like the anxiety/excitement/time-spent constantly checking the charts. I just recently starting day trading and found that the profit isn't enough.The thing which i notice in day trade is we're getting low profit in trade but if you hold your coins for long term it can gives you highly profit.

I think the best we choose is holding than on day trading because it's more risky in day trading than to hold what you have right now. Especially now that the market is so volatile and there's no assurance when market will be rise again.

The best is in the way how people good into it. either Holding or Trading

both have risks, as you've mention of assurance if market will rise again

however trading is way more risky and more profitable

Either you want high profits with risks then do trade, Its just that there are ways how to manage them

Volatility should not be a basis to be afraid of, the more volatile it is, the more opportunity for profits

True but only skillful people can really get the profit from the day trading. I think that the newbie should better start with holding: in this case, he will make fewer mistakes.

If you are an experienced investor, you know how to read the market and you enjoy speculating, day trading would probably work fine. If you don't have business or other matters to which to attend. But if you are inexperienced with the market and you are unsure of yourself, it might be better to HODL for a while. You can always get into day trading later when you have more confidence and experience in reading the market.

if the case is approached from a professional point of view, in this case, to lose the deposit, the chances are small. But I prefer HODL

Both is good way to make money in crypto market , but that way will be work depend on the when you will start and according to condition of crypto market. For hodling if you started 2 or 3 years ago,  last year you will make alot of profit, but if you started in the beginning of this year you will loss much money now because in that times all crypto already in the top price and the price was dump hard up to 90% now, and actually for hodling is now best times to start it.

Yes because in the day trade you cannot earn so much due to down market right now. Better hold your coin till we have another green market. Actually it has been speculated by few experts that we would have another boom in the crypto market till the end of the year and this looked a bit realistic as well when the price started rising in July but the trend soon disappeared. Hopefully in the coming days, Bitcoin will cross $10000 and might even recover its lost glory.
