Hey everybody,

I am selling 25 10 Sapphire BOOST HD 7950s: http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1157&pid=1841&psn=&lid=1&leg=0

I'm selling the cards for $420 each, so message me if interested. I can ship them tomorrow, too. Escrow is possible

I bought 40 in bulk, and my circuits can only handle 3 five card rigs, so I'd like to sell the other 25. The cards that are for sale are new and sealed.

I could also sell my 5x7950 mining rigs if you are interested, they hash at 3.1Mhash/s.

Also, I sold a bunch of stuff here before, and it went well: https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=9182.msg66570#msg66570

I'm happy to accept payment through bank transfer, BTC, Amazon or Paypal. I can show you the goods on Skype, and do whatever you want to prove I have them and that I am a legitimate human.

BTCtalk not letting me post images, so send me an message and we can Skype or I can send you the photos.

I'd rather not escrow.

What I have done before that has worked nicely is set up a Skype conversation where I show you all of the merchandise and discuss the final price.

After that you send 50%.

Then, I'll go to the post office with the cards, and we can Skype again. That way you can see me putting in the sealed cards in the box, and then I will live stream the UPS dude sealing the box, and taking the box into the back. That has worked really well for me before, and several users can vouch for me.

I'm also happy to show you logs of past transactions and conversations, as well as exchange driver's license, email, etc....

Otherwise we could set up the transaction through Amazon, that way you can return the items if you are not satisfied with everything. However, Amazon does take 20-30$ per card, which would be your job to cover.

Hope that helps!

How much would you want for one of the 5x7950 rigs? And do you know how much power they are pulling from the wall?

That's a lot more effort than escrow, and yet provides less security. Seems suspicious.

1. Yes, I can ship them to Italy, or anywhere else in the world, but you will have to pay for the shipping premium.

2. I kind of like my rigs, so I don't want to sell them that much. IF you offer something reasonable though I will consider it. This is what they look like: cl DOT ly / TkDQ (bitcointalk doesn't let me post images)

They run at 1500W from the wall, UV at 1.081V, temps are really low (60-70 celcius with <30% fan)

3. If you are interested in buying, and only want to escrow then it's still an option. I just think it could be a pain in the ass to find someone we can both trust, and it is more expensive. But if we get a HC moderator I guess it could work.

No escrow, no deals.
New member selling highly desired hw for high premium with no escrow?
Smells fishy.

1. I'm willing to negotiate, but as far as I saw this model was going for 380$ or so used. These are completely new, sealed, still in the original box. Straight off the shelf. I don't think you can get 25 HD 7950s anywhere right now.....

2. OK, I am willing to escrow with a trusted moderator.

3. My Skype is paulbenigeri Please add me if you want to talk!

As for escrows, I can personally recommend Sebastianju. SaltySpitoon does escrows here and there and is a moderator. John K. also does escrows, and based on his reputation, I would trust my life with him if needed.

If you like your current rigs but also want to get rid of the extra cards, why not... make more rigs? I don't want to deal with the customizing frames and such is why I ask. I'd rather buy something I can just plug in and move on with, rather than fighting with these things.

Because I live in a dorm room, and I don't have enough power for more than 3. I'm already tripping the circuit every couple days. And 3 rigs in one room is already really, really hot.

You're completely failing at comprehension here so I'm going to throw this out there and then move on.

I was asking... if you have cards you want to sell, and someone is offering to buy a rig, why would you not simply *use those cards you want to sell*, create a rig with them, and sell that rig? Now you have sold your cards and you *still have the 3 rigs you wanted to keep*.

Being that you're in college... I fear for your professors' sanity, heh.

Hey everyone,

1. Sorry for the delay's I've been talking to buyers.

2. There has been a ridiculous demand, and all of the GPUs have been "committed too". That is buyers have agreed to purchase, and I am awaiting payment. There's a chance that people back out, so I will update this thread as necessary.

3. None of the current buyers wanted to use escrow services, and as I mentioned, although I preferred not to use an escrow, it was an option. Buyers will be either picking up the cards in person, or doing the 50% before, 50% after live video confirmation of shipping.

4. It took about 20h or work to build the rigs, and I just don't have time to make it a business.

5. My dad owns an electronics warehouse in France, so I can get these in bulk again when next weekend. That means that I will have plenty more for sale on Feb 17th. If you are interested, please PM me! I might set up a preorder system or something since so many people have messaged me.

Thanks everyone!

I would love to hear from your buyers.
Could you provide your payment address so we can verify?
Im having a hard time believing that you sold out in 25 mins with no escrow but more power to you.

He sold 15 to one person, 9 to me, and 1 to another person. That's probably more believable than 25 people each buying 1 card, all in a 25 minute span.

I will be purchasing them tomorrow in person with cash in hand. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Hey, I'm as surprised as you, so hopefully all the money comes in!

@bitcoins bough 9, and will pick them up in person and give me cash

@thenoodler (on ltctalk) bought 15, and will buy them through paypal

The last one sold on Amazon.

Hopefully the buyers will leave good reviews if they think that the transaction was fair and honest.

Also, a bunch sold on LTCtalk, and it took around 4h to sell everything Smiley More are coming on the 17th!

Got any other models appealing for scrypt mining other than the 7950's? 7970's or most preferably the 7990's? Possible to ship directly from the warehouse?

1. I will be getting 40 more of these cards on the 17th, and you can now reserve 7950s through this form: https://docs.google.com/a/benigeri.com/forms/d/1D4Tk-bFg3nP3l2nxixh6-9VJiduSU9egLtrKRBCJTIM/viewform

*No payment necessary to reserve the cards, but if you want you can prepay around 5% to guarantee the availability of the order.

2. All cards have been sold and shipped, hopefully buyers will be leaving reviews in the near future.

Quote
Buyers will be either picking up the cards in person, or doing the 50% before, 50% after live video confirmation of shipping.

As mentioned previously, the transactions were not done through BTC.

9 cards were sold in cash, and the buyer is apparently going to write a review

15 of the cards were sold in two transactions through paypal

The last cards were sold on amazon.

If anyone still has any doubts, please email me, or Skype (paulbenigeri) and I would be more than happy to clarify any future concerns.

Yesterday evening, benegeri and I met at a parking lot in his area to make the exchange. He brought the Sapphire 7950s and I brought cash.

I opened up the box of a random 7950 - it was the right card and it was brand new and in pristine condition. We then completed the transaction and I loaded up the nine cards into the back of my car:

These are well worth it at his prices. Sure, you may be able to find them used on eBay for a bit less, but unless you know a supplier or have a few tricks up your sleeve you're not going to get new 7950s for much less than that in any significant quantity. It's great having the warranty and it's refreshing to know that you aren't going to need to spend hours fixing or tweaking used cards bought individually from sellers (who wants to spend hours purchasing 1 or 2 cards from a lot of sellers? It's a whole lot easier and safer to just purchase in bulk from one or two people).

We also discussed how he is able to purchase them at a good price - everything completely checks out and what he is doing makes perfect sense. The last thing I would ever expect him to do is rip people off, because he has a viable enough an business plan for the time being.

I can fully vouch for benegeri - he's easy to do business with, has great communication, and ships/delivers fast (I think he even already shipped out the 15 GPUs for the other guy). I'd be flat out shocked if anyone has issues of any nature when purchasing from him.

I'm glad everything went smooth and you aren't stabbed Wink

@benegeri would you be getting different models or you're going to stick with the 7950's?
