I am thinking of opening a business. I can deliver prepaid Credit Cards and can accept Bitcoins to recharge these cards.

What would be the charge for charge to the card for purchase.

What would be the charge for the card for credit if purchase was made without positive balance.

What would be the interest charged for negative balance i.e. APR
