I recently had a nightmare 9 day withdrawl of NXT from them....needless to say their "reasons" were the same as the OP's...
Seems like nothing has changed in months...

Their trade reporting is comical...
And, considering all the sexy noises about "registration", totally illegal in the USA...
Because it's impossible for a reasonable person to do their taxes based on Cryptsy "reporting".

Cryptsy trades are ultra-fragmented due to heavy API use...
So a tiny 0.01 BTC order for any given alt can end up being 20 micro trades...
There is no reasonable way to reconcile anything... seeing a trade from a week ago for me is impossible.

This is deliberate. These people know exactly what they are doing.

The 0.2 and 0.3% fees are a pittance, maybe < $500/day...
The ONLY real money and Business Model = Listing Fees and Market Manipulation.

Yeah, all this new info has really held me back from getting into altcoin day trading.  I think it would be fun and educational but I sorta feel like I'd end up playing the dupe.

I consider theft and have already made a complaint to police in florida what I suggest you do all that you have been duped.
