Team of the project is important but we cannot say that without a team mentioned in the site or project to be scam. There are other things to look at it like the road map, product of the project, white paper etc.

Also look for the manager who runs the campaign, it also makes sense if you are a bounty participant.

I have a doubt when project seems no team members involve. For me, one of a factors considering when investing is a team members so you will know how they are capable to develop the project. Well, is still depends on a person if how he can manage to earn when investing.

Projects without team members are impossible. And if it exists, you need to suspect it, because the ICO team is one of the main components of the project, it makes activities more transparent. If that is not transparent then to whom our money is entrusted.

Strangely enough, there are real projects (the exact name I do not remember now), which do not indicate the members of their team. Sometimes they even call their team members, the names of colors: white, yellow, black and so on. And at the same time, these are normal projects, not scammers.

Hy all.

There is something bordering me and I will like to share with you all.  have been wondering if we need any Jupiter to tell us that a project without team members and no whitepapers are like to scam.
My questions is that have you seen any bounty campaign without team members and the project succeeded?
If such is there please outline let look into such project and loop it out.

The availability of team members is actually a great yardstick for evaluating a good project. I remember working with a project with no team members, no white paper, no product. I only saw few telegram admin who were barely online and was only interested in raising capital for listing the project, it was obviously a scam project, but due to the fact that I was a novice and ignorant, I fell for the trick. Am happy because, my loss was negligible and as they say experience is the best teacher.

If you prefer to play roulette, then this is really your option, because now there are a lot of similar projects that do not show how many people in the project. After all, people want to see this.

I don’t like ICO without teams either. The bigger the team the better the chances are that they will lunches the project after the ICO. However a big team doesn’t need to make it a success.
The worst ICO are the one who use other people’s pictures, then you know you got scam if you invested.
Without a team many exchanges will also reject the coin, and that will have impact on the price will after the ICO.

I think do not believe their project that doesn't include their team. because a team with expertise in the appropriate field that also support the development of the project. I've seen some of the project team on another project and bring it over the scam.

I think if project sell tokens this project have to disclose team members, because we should understand before investments, who is behind this project. But if project doesn't sell anything team members can be anonymous and it is absolutely normal.

I won't join project without team members because I like to know who are the team members behind the project we want to join. Team members is one of the most important for projects to be successful and legit. Smiley Smiley

If you see a project that is without team members and a whitepaper then I would advice that you run far away from such a project as it is most likely a scam. These days no one should be investing in projects that they do not know the team members behind because anonymity makes it easier for them to take off with your money without leaving a trace.

It's very simple, if a project doesn't have a team, then it's either a scam, poorly developed or is an anonymous coin such as Monero.

If in doubt, ask questions questions questions. Don't be afraid to go to their Telegram community and start questioning why they don't have a team, if you get banned, then you know something us up.

I wouldnt trust an ico without a visible team. Ive already learned so much. Thatss almost always a sign that something is wrong with the ico.

It's true, the project whose team is hiding, there is no technical document and plans for the further development of the project, such a project can hardly become promising and its tokens will most likely not be traded on exchanges at an adequate price. Such projects do not deserve to waste your time, because the probability of the success of such a project is negligible.

I think it is necessary to bypass the party such projects which do not specify members of the team. It is also necessary to pay attention to the presence of the road map and white paper.

I agree with you, the chances that a project that does not have a team will be successful as small as winning a roulette. Even those projects that have a team often turn out to be fraud or their tokens are not in demand and the project dies. I try first of all to pay attention to the composition of the team and only then to other sides of the project.

One of the things that I usually check whenever I am investigating or researching if the ICO project is legit is the team members that are working on the project. I can give us more confidence and would help gain our trust if we know that the people who are developing the project are good at what they do, not just for legit check but more for checking if the project will be a success or not. So if the project that you are eyeing for doesn't have the transparency to introduce the team behind the project, think twice or even thrice, it could be a scam or a  project that is bound to fail from the very start.

Hello! Yes, there are good working projects with an anonymous team .. Usually, these projects do not have public sales, they do not need bounty or promotion. Everything is decided in a closed round and very quickly. But I never took part in such cases. Therefore, when I take part, the presence of the team is another indicator. Wink

For me, the absence of team members is always confusing as I don't consider myself yet too experienced in a cryptocurrency. If I don't know who is behind the project most probably I will not support it.
