I guess people would start to "panic in real" when crypto market doesn't turned up even on the last quarter of 2018.

Last year at the same month bitcoin price was at 4000 USD each and became 20,000 before the year ends.
now we are on the  month of July and we are at 6000+ USD, if we will just believe bitcoin can do more that 20K this year but helping it by just holding your BTC.
