How do you guys who feel about the new changes?

Personally, I don't even know what's going on anymore.

Wtf is that thing in the top right and why do I need it?

Hell, I haven't even setup my Google Circles Ripoff yet, now they are throwing all these other options it looks like I have to use in order to use Facebook the way it should be used.

One of the few things I really didn't like about Google+, was the huge thumbnail pictures when people post new pictures. Now Facebook has them! Trust me, if a picture a friend posts looks interesting to me I really don't mind clicking on it to see a bigger version. I don't need a 400x400 Thumbnail to decide if it looks interesting. Right now, I think that 80% of my first 3 pages are stupid pictures people post that I really don't care about.

(If you don't have a Facebook, you don't need to say so in this thread. Nobody cares and it doesn't make you cool, trust me.)

+1 Thanks for bringing this up! There are plenty of TV shows today that remind me of Ow My Balls! Unfortunately none of my friends/family fully understand the movie and see it as crap. The plot did suck, but the "Dumbing-Down" stuck out to me as I see this everywhere today.

Back on topic:

I remember joining facebook a year after it began and the only way to join was to have an .edu email address and your college added to their approved list. It was great collaborating with classmates for group projects or messaging professors for help on assignments; Facebook was awesome.

But now.... Now it's an evil corporation selling your information to the highest bidder and hellbent to make money off of it's horde of brainwashed users and of course: Jam advertisements down your throat at every page turn. The last straw for me was the "face recognition" feature as I find that incredibly '1984'-ish.

As much fun as it was when I was attending community college, I resent ever signing up for it 7 years ago. Sad

Because that's negative.
People don't like things that are negative.

It's marketing. It's retarded.
