I want it to be ASIC resistant and have a fair distribution. Around 10000k Coins and NO Premine

there always the way for people to event new kind of ASIC, however i use Kimoto's gravity well, which doing very well at protection from block to block to prevent abuse.
Prosper Coin is very strong both development support and business sense.
