Hi all!

I never wanted to take part in the forum-wars, but yesterday I found a scammer who pretends to be me. I decided to create this topic backed by evidences.

Who am I?

I'm a Monero enthusiast from Ukraine and one of the creators of the largest local Monero-community --> XMR.RU
My avatar and my nickname never been changed from 2015. I have only a positive reputation in Russian/Ukraine crypto-community.

A couple of months ago I decided to provide an escrow service, here is my thread with my PGP-signatures and etc., and everything was fine until yesterday evening...
(to help you understand whole situation I will translate some messages from Russian to English)

Yesterday evening I received a notification from the thread of other trusted escrow:

Quote
Professionalism does not "spend on drink". Recently I was added to some Telegram chat without my consent, which gave me a link to the ostensibly escrow https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4465687.0
I turned to @Asket for advice. He in 2 seconds calculated that this clone of this guarantor https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3255367.0
link to the message

After reading this message, I immediately went to my topic to warn my customers. But they were faster than me:

Quote
Dear TheFuzzStone.
You have a "clone" with the same avatar:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4465687.0

He copies your description of the services of the Guarantor
link to the message

I want to note that I'm crypto-only escrow without E-commerce payment systems (like PayPal, QIWI, Yandex money etc.), in addition to copying my escrow text, he added also E-commerce payment systems and other banks.

I gave him a negative trust with description, after few minutes he copied the same description and give it to me, but after some time he remove it. It was already night in my location, so I went to sleep.

This morning as always, first of all - turn on the computer and check all crypto-stuff (forums, Telegram, etc.) and I found 4 new PM's:

Translation of his messages:

1)
Quote
We have the same avatar, and from you so much shit .. you do not justify calling a fraudster, I'll change my avatar when you remove your negative and the red text. Otherwise, I'll be forced to do the same with my friends with your accounts.
Also I want to note that he is not native ukrainian or russian speaker, probably using a translator. Also he this part is funny for me: "Otherwise, I'll be forced to do the same with my friends with your accounts." -- He thinks that I have several accounts and threatens me that he will do "the same thing".

After ~30 minutes -- second message:
2)
Quote
Text changed in order to agree with you, remove the negative, please treat with understanding and not to go to war because of these small things https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4465687.0
...because of these small things. Dear Mr./Mrs. @Keyara, after publication of this topic I will send you a link. Oh yeah, and that is not a "small thing", IMHO.

And third message:

3)
Quote
We react to your feedback with respect! Changed text in services, please remove the negative .. thanks for understanding!

After few hours -- a new message from @rippy:

Translation and screenshot of my PM:

Quote
Hello! @coinmarketcapitalization (https://t.me/coinmarketcapitalization) Sends you greetings and waits for the answer in the telegram! Thank you !

So I check my Telegram and yes, founded "the greetings". But before you see the screenshots of correspondence below, I want to note that in Telegram it is very simple to change the name of the account and his nickname. The correspondence itself can also be deleted by either party. Therefore, there is a very useful tool - a bot (https://github.com/nadam/userinfobot) in which you can store any correspondence, as well as check the Telegram ID (it can not be changed, unless you buy another sim card.

So, here is our ID's, my and Mr./Mrs. https://t.me/coinmarketcapitalization

And now you will see our correspondence (still, russian language is a little bit weird):

Translation:

Quote
My name is WW! Keyara addressed me with the purpose of answering the redness of your reputation (on 5-6 of your accounts) owlcatz; TheFuzzStone; Andretti83, Reference + multiacs from your branch) and on your branches, Services including + administration complaints on the use of branches as your advertising, flood, intrigue, bans, multiaques!

But I hope, with your permission, I will not include my army of friends (bots) and shed the blood of your business on an equal footing from one Keyara's account and your desire to HYIP on a shoe! After all, the topic will go down and your advertising will not matter, which you place in red light on branches and profiles!

You get yourself covered in blood and other smear, a man Keyara excellent reputation in English language and Russian branches! There is nothing wrong if the person saw in you a successful ... and took your text. Think, pliz!

In any case, the problem is already solved, the text is deleted! We Respected you!

Check and remove your comments, posts ... advertising in red tones, which stains your common eco-avatar from Keyara! I shall be glad to any your decision! Cooperation! I count on your prudence, understanding of this situation!

Change the tone for a positive, we will answer the same with friends! Smiley

Second message (screenshot + translation):

Translation:

Quote
here we completely removed the text, will be changed to the original! Your name was used by no one, no stones flew in your direction! We hope for your discretion! who has the same topic in exchange for nothing!

please delete the negative advertising on the branch here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3900776.20

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4465687.40
and here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=340457

I know that my English is not perfect, but I answered him:

Translation of his message:

Quote
Well, we expect an answer in the evening, I will be happy with any decision we make, the administration knows that there was no transfer of bitcoins, and it's not clear why you write in red letters ... I'm not threatening, but you have much more problems and of course you can endure the conversation publicly! The administration knows that the forum without checking the bot Google can not get! Many thanks...

Another screenshot:

Translation (after my words about his level of russian language):

Quote
Try to read 3 times in a row, it's not I do not speak Russian well, it's you who read badly! Smiley
How much do you want in response to messages with red trust?
9-15?

I answered 666.

The following screenshot, he invites me to put a positive trust and become partners (1) and my answer: "This will never happen. Here to you already the answer." (2):

So, I will repeat one more time. I will never go against my principles. I have never dealt with scammers and I will never. Moreover, I will never go with them to a deal so that the attention to their accounts is calmed down!

In Russian board there is nive thread: "Invasion of clones (bots) to scam people". In this thread other guy founded dear Mr. Keyara. Translation:
Quote
Keyara clone TheFuzzStone
all in his subject unsubscribed one person scammers can be marked
MihailTrubov scam did not invent who he wants to become

After that moderator of Russian board @xandry leaved a comment (translation):
Quote
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3255367.0
For comparison, the author of the topic kindly left us the second message with a full quotation of the copied text.

It is also worth mentioning that not only the text, but also the avatar of TheFuzzStone is stolen:
By the way, this "escrow" appeared simultaneously with a bunch of clones of previously known as exchange services. Details on the topic Invasion of clones (bots) to scam people

I will write off these facts to him in the trust rating, perhaps, since it is an extremely suspicious type.

I've finished. Thank you for your attention and have a good day.

@OP, what is it that you want here exactly?
Nothing.

I just wanted to tell my story with a scammer. I wanted to clarify everything before they will do a red-bot attack on my trust.
