Every country has issues and problems with stray dogs/cats, If i'm going to donate I will do that in person by buying food, paying for medical bills...

anyone reading this thread, thinking of making a donation to homeless animals, should do so in person at their local stray shelter.
I've had animals all my life and it's sad to see when someone uses the 'depraved animal' line to make a quick buck.
