Vistaprint Acquires Webs for $117 MillionWebs was acquired by Vistaprint in 2011 for $117 Million in cash and stock so it's now a Vistaprint Co. Webs had earlier acquired Facebook Pages creator PageModo and lightweight CRM tool ContactMe. We now generate over $1 Billion in yearly revenue, oversee over 7000 employees and about 20 million customers.
