Normally domains can't be transferred (to a different registrar) within the first 90 days of registration or renewal, but you should be able to do a change of ownership at any time. Make sure you verify the seller is the actual owner first ..... I would also recommend using the domain escrow service at escrow.com, or other escrow service. |

As stated in the OP, the domain can be transfer within Godaddy (for the first two months); you need a godaddy account for me to push the domain to.
Also stated in the OP the starting bid was 1BTC.
Plus auction has now ended; I will not be hearing any more bids at the moment as the domain is not currently generating as much interested as expected; I will re-list it in the future and hopefully it will generate the interest I feel it deserves.
