Need help joining Eligius pool!

I have been having a very bad experience on the Slush pool so I want to give eligius pool a try. I am lost on how to use BFGminer and the whole configuring process. I have not found to much help with the Blade v2 on the net, so I thought I would ask. According to the site you just type: bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334 -O YourAddress but I have no idea where to type that. When I typed that in the URL for BFGminer it asked to add machine and I could not get passed that step! Please help i just want to mine!

Oh I love this.

I believe here are the steps:

1. Open Notepad.
2. Put in: bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334 -O YourAddress
3. Replace 'YourAddress' with your Bitcoin address.
4. Go to Save As.
5. Under 'Save As Type', choose All Files.
6. Save the file name as 'StartMining.bat'
7. Move 'StartMining.bat' to the folder with BFGMiner.
8. Double-click the .bat file to start mining.

Thanks for the reply! I can get to that step but i'm unsure of what to configure my ports as on my cards. It also asks how to find devices that is the part i'm stuck at!

This is what it looks like after bfgminer launches. But i do not know how to located my cards. I have 10 Erupter Blade v2's.

you need to set local stratum proxy!

I am like really new to the scene. How would I go about setting a local proxy? For Cz pool all I did was run Mining_proxy.exe but that is set with the CZ pool information!?

also  type "mining_proxy.exe --help" in console window to see how to configure

But my question still is unanswered. What do I need to change in the card page to connect to the pool. Port and Address? Also do I run the proxy and the BFGminer?

and ignore gbt.mining.eligius.st part in server address. also IP is ip of your pc running proxy.


and you need to start proxy first then start mining on your blade setup page.
