Who are these DEX-HEX-CEX? --->
https://localtrade.cc/news/who_are_these_dex_hex_cex.htmlTransactions between traders are carried out on stock exchanges and cryptoworld is full of their varieties. Each participant chooses for itself the optimal conditions, anonymity or speed of operations.
Centralized Exchanges (CEX):
- The exchange charges an average of 0.1% to 3% of the transaction amount for the provision of services,
- The exchange has got an administrative part, a database and a user interface,
- User accounts and their assets are controlled by the exchange.
Hybrid cryptographic exchanges (HEX).
At the core of hybrid crypto-instruments lies the functionality and liquidity of CEX, as well as the confidentiality and security of DEX exchanges,
Now there are no functioning examples of such exchanges on the market, many projects are at the final stage of development and implementation in the system.
Decentralized Exchange (DEX):
- transactions are made without the participation of intermediaries using a multi-signature
- lack of verification process
- each user has a unique private key to enter the crypto-wallet.
- the exchange does not have access to data and to the users' wallets
- disadvantages: decentralized exchanges do not have any latency or liquidity tools.
Despite the obvious advantages of decentralized exchanges at the moment, users prefer centralized exchanges. The main problem is that the decentralized exchanges are slower than centralized ones. However, this is only a matter of time, which is been solving by technical experts from all over the world.
"The victory of decentralized exchanges over their centralized counterparts is just a matter of time," said the founder and CEO of Binance, the largest currency exchange, Changpeng Zhao.
P.S. Meanwhile, the governments of many countries were interested in a new taxation industry, for example, in South Korea, it was proposed to review tax legislation and exclude cryptocurrencies stock exchanges from the category of start-ups or small and medium-sized enterprises.
