Well, some joined as a newbie. The only requirement was to have BCT acc registered before 1st of June 2018.
That was a great opportunity.
After few ADs there was a new rule added - BCT acc with 28+ activity. Basically - Jr. member.
But now, what can you do when there are so many active community members who don't have any merits and are newbies again, even though they have 28+ activity?

Also, spam and burst posting is not allowed and since everything is checked manually, they actually read what we write, these participants (spammers) never get ADs.
People are asked to write quality posts, not just short comments.
We all are trying do do our best. Well, most of us.
Hope new participants will actually read other people posts and then reply with something relevant.

That time of voting on an exchanger that took quite a long time of almost 3 months, we have think positive maybe this was done so as not to make an error. just be patient guys
