Why do you exist? What is the purpose for life?

And yet, many people haven’t a clue how to answer this question. They live without any overarching purpose. For them life is merely there to be used up. So they blindly keep walking on the road of life until it is over. |

sounds like the book of Rick Warren... 'The Purpose Driven Life' you can read that to have insights of your purpose on your existence.

For me, the purpose is that everyone is here is order to contribute something to this world. Even the tinest thing.
Even a "good morning" to a people that is in a bad mood could be a contribution to this world. (the simplest)
You just have to see the bright side and if you do that then the "enjoyable" lifetime will come anyway!

As tragic and foolish as this may seem, the end result is not any better for those who have given themselves wholeheartedly to any one of the numerous wrong purposes for life. Although they run through life with a great sense of direction, in the end they will have arrived at the same wrong destination.

If you go back to the ultimate beginning to the first organic molecules that are able to self-reproduce and mutate, you'll eventually get that there is no actual purpose of life as it is. It just exists.
The other thing is purpose of human peronality's existence - everyone selects their own.
