The Blockchain technology is decentralized yet,we are seeing ICO projects localized to just one continent, recently I came across ICO campaigns with solid project, working MVPs,experienced team, but I cannot participate,as it does not capture my country. Please share why we are seeing these new development in the cryptospace and the way forward.

Because some projects are going to use blockchain technology to solve problems in a region.
So if all the blockchain projects were to solve the world's problems, the funds that might be raised would not be enough.

Probably because the project is based on that selected location's crisis or problem. The sole purpose of the project is because of those problems limites to that certain place.
