On Blockchain.info you can track a transaction either by requesting the page directly with the transaction hash

Just check the address or transaction on the blockchain site on your browser.

This is your best option if you're just trying to confirm that a transaction has been sent to the bitcoin address from your Bitcoin-Qt wallet.

You can use the Safari browser on your iOS device or you can install the chrome browser.

Then go to the following website address:
https://blockchain.info/address/1yourAddressGoesHere

replacing the "1yourAddressGoesHere" with your actual bitcoin address.

The Blockchain.info website will show you all transactions that have been sent to your bitcoin address and let you know how many confirmations each transaction has received.
