Such podcast are usually better than youtube videos for me trading altcoins and hodling big ones like bitcoin and ethereum is good choice because altcoins are very risky for the long term so I would use them to increase my btc and eth holdings.

Who said to you altcoins are not long term investment, I see the people want to check the altcoins price and marketplace movement with the price analysis site to invest and make profit out of it bro. As i see people invested on the TRX and XVG recent days.
Hopefully we can expect the ethereum and bitcoin to rock in the market with in some months mate.

Yeah, there is nothing wrong with doing both. The podcast talks about working a core position. You stay long the entire time and add and reduce around that position.

There are many in the industry who have taught traders a far too simplistic approach to entering and exiting positions. I am not sure how or exactly why this style of market play has become so pervasive, but it has. When I am asked about a particular trade or maybe about the direction of a market and it is usually followed up with a need for specific “price targets”. The problem with most traders and investors mentality and their approach to the market is the fact they rely on just one entry and maybe two or three exit points/price targets. This is restrictive and binds the optionality, limiting their odds of success.

A new traders and investors tends to plunge all of his or her capital allocated for a particular trade into the market all at once — at one particular price, at one specific moment in time. If you truly think about this concept, it is quite naive. Trading is hard enough as it is to try and get both direction and time right. Why is it that some traders think they can pinpoint the exact moment in time and an exact price point to commit ALL of their hard earned capital? This limits your odds of success right from the beginning. It is not just the one entry method that restricts your probability of success, it’s this concept of two or three “price targets”.

It’s very hard to choose now, since we need to gamble and what should we do after it. Yes, we are experiencing great dump and it is very hard to trade. Like there is big question “which will be more profitable this year? Is it btc or eth?”.

I don't think anyone can answer that. This is where risk management comes into play and you hold both while adding and reducing pumps and dips.

bitcoin and ethereum both. no trade just invest more and more. no sell just buy and buy , I am now trying to full my bags with my favorite coin.because all of coins price are low now and I dont want to miss this chance.

I agree this is a good time to accumulate more coin, but selling a little after a run up to $19k per Bitcoin was a smart move. You need to add and reduce around your investment.
