getting 375 kh out of my 7850... any advice?

I am running a precision t5500 with windows 7 with cat 13.4 right now I have 2 7850's and I want to up the KH but have hit a dead end, looking for help tweaking the settings, if I raise the gpu engine, memclock, or intensity the computer or drivers crash

Have you checked https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison  (you aren't far off the max there).

Also, remove the voltage settings (vddc) from your cfg file and than try to increase the I, gpu engine or memclock
