Any min requirements here or it is just because I am a new customer who hadn't deposit before here. It still says insufficient game play. Thank you for any clarification or it is a rule that you have to play all the money once before you withdraw.

UPDATE: I have contacted one of Sportsbet's customer support, which is Danilo, and he said that we have to play in the site, we cannot withdraw without placing bets, this is acceptable, and I'd be happy to play.

Apparently my Sportsbet BTC address suddenly changed, Danilo said as well that this is normal and it is subject to change at times.

Glad to know that because one of my bets just come out as a victory. Anyway I think there is no need for @jeremypwr to see it because the deposit address although it changes I think the original one can still be used to add other deposits.

It has already been taken care of at least in my case. The problem that many people are having with insufficient gameplay means that they have not played a single bet in Sportbet website. Once they play 1 or 2 bets and it doesn't matter the amount, after the game that you bet on finished and the outcome is clear won or lost, you can then withdraw and it will be processed very fast.

I contacted the support about the withdrawal issue, and usually people have to play at least 5 times to request for a withdrawal. But for the campaign, it's being discussed as we speak and Jeremypwr would update us with the info. It will take a short while for this issue to be solved. Have patience guys, nothing will happen.
