IFFY is a mobile app that allows users to promote on online dating sites that they have been screened for HIV or a STD private and securely using blockchain technology.

Why does this need a blockchain at all? The idea that a medical professional could provide a cryptographic signature stating a test has been done or whatever is fine. But no reason for a blockchain that I can think of.

Thank you for your comment. Users entering a facility to get tested will not have to show his or her state ID keeping their identities anonymous.
