Hi friends, I sent all my btc from micellium wallet to lumi wallet, transactions are confirmed, but.bitcoin are not in my wallet, they figure out like UNSPENDABLE in explorer, I have contacted lumi support, they asked me if I have Android or IOs, I have Android, later they asked Heidi just used that wallet,, not get the point of this..anyway ,
I,'ve restored my wallet in my wife telephone, same message:: ERROR GETTING ADDRESSES INFO
BUT I see my other luminaries wallet working properly, ha e I lost the money???
What can I do,please help me,. Also can't find mycellium support contact anywhere..

Do you know the txid (or the sending and recieving addresses) this will really help us in giving you help.
Usually something is considered unspendable if it has less than a certain number of confirmations. However, it may also depend on the format of the transaction so the txid or recieving address will be very helpful in confirming this.

You can try importing your seed words into another wallet, like Electrum and hope they use the same standard on generating keys from seed words. https://lumiwallet.com/faq#section11

That's not with Bitcoin. It's for altcoins and is unlikely you have done it as you ahve to send it to an address that isn't your own. So no, they'd have been sent to someone else before they'd have been burnt and they wouldn't show up in your wallet anyway. And yes, import your seed into another client.

It literally say: right now we do not show private keys in the application.but you can always use your mnemonic phrase that can be used to recover your wallet. Heilpit, the best way to help you figure out what the problem really is, by you providing tx id of transaction and the screen pic of the lumi wallet or else no body will know what exactly cause the problem.

Just import the grade in Windows wallet and money was there, excellent support from limo team, and all this community, please those whom replied this thread pm btw address

I am curious to what went wrong with your transaction? Because I am guessing that it is related to their wallet software rather than the transaction itself. I remembered that I have a similar issue before and it was due to an outdated wallet app my transaction was successful yet it is not showing an updated balance also my app's version was not supported by the provider anymore.

I think it all happened because of bugs in the android App,I am also faced some issues while receiving bitcoin in android application,this maybe the android updates too often. Anyway I recommend people to use bitcoin wallets in desktop only because android mobiles are not safe as we think,someone is closely watching all of us through our smartphones.So create a desktop wallet and import bitcoins for storing in long term.
