private ICO sales: how are they organised?

How are the private sales organised, the intricacies?
How influencers get into them?
How funds get into them?

Are there funds solely operating in private sales sphere, being middleman?

How are such funds organised and incorporated?
Any more advice and info about the private sales?

Thank you!

Well, private pre-sale is usually organized within the project team members, trustee or within corporate, group, organise or community that trustvand believe in the future promising of a project. That's why you usually see some project or ICO which have already raised some fund for their project. An example is Mozocoin

There are also some 'private-sale' pools where they look for new/upcoming projects and then just simply directly ask the people in charge of the project.
IF and how it's possible to invest into their private-sale.
