If you use some monitoring programs like GPU-Z on MSI Afterburner it's drop hashrate every time when sensors polled.
Turn off any monitoring programs who access GPU and check
1200 W is enough for 3 cards.
Also some activity on PC with videocards can lead to hashrate fluctuations. Like watching videos.
Yes I do notice it that when I start GPU-z it loses a bit of hashrate ... but then GPU-z goes in the background and does not refresh .. why does it lose hashrate then ? Also I am not watching any movies/doing any work that would cause the hashrate to drop .. cause earlier the hashrate used to be constant. Still confused

Well being 1200 watts is one thing, the quality of the PSU is another. If he has a poor maker of a PSU then that could be part of the problem also. High wattage PSU =/= steady strong current.
Yea I too am starting to think its the PSU .. will get it tested soon .. however oafter running a few hours it seems to stabilise the voltage.
This is getting more confusing
