I have been mining Bytom and now I would like to exchange it for BTC, the problem is that my Bytom wallet starts with "bm1..." and on cryptopia.co.nz which is an exchange that supposedly handles Bytom my wallet starts with "0x...".

I would appreciate if anybody can help me with a way to convert my Bytom to BTC.
