Is it over 24 hours and a big amount of withdrawal? Indeed manual withdrawal is not really good, at least most gambling sites in this forum implements instant withdrawal unless there is special case on the request.
If your withdrawal is just small amount then it is obviously annoying. They should have better service if they want to make their players stays as long as possible. Usually, once a player feel uncomfortable with something on the site then he will not come back again.

Looking at the fact that you have made more than 20 withdrawals and the amount from your latest withdrawal which is only 0.013btc (0.003 profit from your deposit). I do not think there is something suspicious that force them to do manual check. 20 withdrawals means that you are loyal players here if you made the profit from your own deposit. Admin is indeed needs to inform player the reason behind the manual review, so players knows what to avoid if they do not want to face other manual review.

I think that GoUp.bet platform got serious issues with its ownership, or something like this.
Ownership of the site changed or the team left.

Since the site is closed from 3 months(showing maintenance notice) we can conclude that they are doing some major upgrades or they don't have enough bankroll to fund the players.
Since they don't have any scam accusations, we cannot conclude that whether they just took any investor's money and ran away.

Withdrawals were manual and taking long time to proceed by admin there. But before they went for maintenance I heared that they have paid out all users and mod said site will back fully again after maintenance. Don't know now where they are and what they doing, and when GoUp.bet will be back!

I do not think that site is going to be back online, because there is a time when they are doing the best promotions and it happened like a lot and I do not think if they get any profit from it or not. Unless they are going to have some big bankroll and redesign the new version of goup, if not, I do not think it will work that easy to get it back online again

I do not think that site is going to be back online, because there is a time when they are doing the best promotions and it happened like a lot and I do not think if they get any profit from it or not. Unless they are going to have some big bankroll and redesign the new version of goup, if not, I do not think it will work that easy to get it back online again

is not coming back with a 99% certainty
it does return site under maintenance for more than 15 days now
think in 15 days one could have found an hour or so to inform users and post an update
so its either admin has problems in real life or doesn't care enough to post it here and just closed the site altogether

 i had balances in bitcoin and litecoin. i am down 26 litecoins and some bitcoin from betting but was hoping i could play with or get my remaining balances to play on other sites. the amount was not small. so i am hoping they still have the funds

With this long time frame, and nothing just even a small update here from the site owners, it's sad to say that chances for you to recover your
ltc and btc is so slim, you can continue trying to PM  the owner and try to communicate with them, as you don't have any other options since
the site still under maintenance.
