You cant get IBM Cloud VPS without providing a cc. Both BMS and VS services require that. Or maybe there's another way I'd like to hear.

Guys just go on the link I provided, it's a promotion. Your account will be converted to trial and you will be able to run 1 instance (cluster) with 2 CPU and 4GB Ram for 1 month.
