It seems like its a great idea in theory; embodies everything blockchain and decentralization should be about. Yet a few bad apples ruin this platform for everyone by making fraudulent claims and getting banks/pay pal to return their FIAT payments. Have people experienced this unethical activity before/know of ways to prevent it?

You prevent it by staying away from those payment methods and only accept funds from reputable people who have a history with these trades.

$400   x Domain name with 200 users
$2000 x Domain name with 90000 users
$3500 x Domain name with 10000 User Licenses Super Admin
