I was finally able to get my VNX wallet fixed thanks to the great help and support on their discord server. Thanks to Bitbay and Nagrath for the help as I was able to get the problem fixed in just a few minutes. Now I am back to running my masternode and staking. The response was fast so I recommend that if anyone has any problems or questions to ask in their discord server as you'll get a quick reply if they are online of course.

Each project looks similar at the beginning. As a coin that was created after the exit scam (community takeover), we don't had much capital but we work hard to move forward with our community and increase the value of vnx. Innovations will come with time, Venox team are constantly working on the development of the project.

The decline in trading is probably due to the fact that not enough advertising and VNX only POS mining. For a couple of years of observations in the cryptocurrency market, I came to the conclusion that most of the coins changing the algorithm from POW to POS subsequently fade away. Dear community,

the last time it was a bit quieter here, but we have thought about how we can grow and move forward. As some of you know, we are in closer contact with different projects and talk about common difficulties and problems. So also with the team from the GOSSIP coin. After lengthy discussions, the VENOX team decided to join the GOSSIP project and merge. In both projects there are good and energetic members and therefore we consider a merge as a strengthening in order to reach common goals with higher speed. Furthermore, the GOSSIP network is running very stable with more than 1000 masternodes. It means we have a good and stable community here.
The GOSSIP project is KYD verified (<https://review.kydcoin.io/gossip/>) and the head the projectes is also visible here.

**__What is our plan?__**
As already indicated, we want to put the VENOX and GOSSIP community together. Since the GOSSIP chain carried out a big update at the end of March 2019, it is more efficient to merge VNX into GOSS. The chain parameters are very good and we have no reason to change them. We want to swap VNX to GOSS with a 1:1 ratio. The circulaing supply from VENOX is now around 6.35M VNX, the circulating supply of GOSSIP is now around 15M GOSS.  With the VENOX merge the circulating supply will be around 21M GOSS.

**__How it will work?__**
The swap date is defined on the weekend from 31th Mai 2019 15:00 GMT +0 till 2nd June 2019 20:00 GMT +0. We will use the GOSSIP swap platform and everyone will swap the VNX coins to GOSS coins himself. This is a very easy process and done in a few minutes. Create an account, transfer VNX, press the swap button and withdraw the GOSS to your wallet.
When you‘re staking VNX, so it’s important to switch of the PoS, in other case your coins are locked and you are not able to transfer them.
We want to give every VNX holder the chance to swap, even if he may be sick or unable to attend the appointment for other reasons. So it will be possible to perform a manual swap. Manually we will exchange VNX coins were until 31.5.2019 15:00 GMT +0 generated.
__On 31th Mai 2015 VENOX will be delisted on Crypto Bridge!!!__ Make all your deals on Crypto Bridge before and transfer your coins BEFORE from the CB to your local wallet or the swap platform!

**__What is the purpose of the GOSSIP project?__**

I hope that the new partnership works out for the VNX team and also for the community.

with this merger we manage to stabilize the basis and continue projects in a larger team. Casino is "not" the focus here, there are many others.

The VENOX team didn't give up, on the contrary, they go forward. To plan the future with affordable means and strengths is a big challenge. Building a casino sounds nice, but who should program that? In its own ranks, there is no "real" software developer and external dev's to pay is not possible. Merging two projects and having more power and strength is a really good idea.

I understand mate and I'm all for the change once we knew that the casino wasn't going ahead. Hopefully with this merger with Gossip coin we see both projects succeed and do well in the long term. The main thing here is that VNX will go on and not die out like so many other projects out there.
