i read a lot of versions that say its scam.

I've been using it for a while now and never had problem with it.

It's not the best exchange it is really slow and sluggish to respond and transfers in and out of there take way longer than other places. they were accused a while back of using customers funds to set up masternodes with and the evidence looked pretty damning but as far as a scam i don't think it is. I have deposited and withdrawn from there for months and they have never actually stolen anything from me but i never leave large amounts on there just in case. Not a proven scam but use with caution is how i would rate them.
