It depends on type of memory and it can be different from one gpu to another. I am getting on my sapphire nitro+ rx 470 4gb 29,3 mh/s. Core clock is 1070 mhz, and memory clock is 2030, and -dcri 10 on Claymore miner. If I overclock memory a little more, it crashes.
I have Asus strix rx470 4gb, and I am only getting 28,5 and can't overclock it past 2000mhz.
Try to find few different bios for your gpu and test it, maybe you can get a bit higher hashrate.
