When i am totally depressed and feel so low about my life there is an inward struggle which wants me to overcome that situation.at times i cry out in private but sometimes i listen to very melodious songs.

My suggestion is to watch funny videos on youtube, If you feel like you really wanted to cry " Watch an emotional videos like emotional audition on X Factor, The Voice, or even Sad Movies", If you're sporty, you can try to do it, run, jogging, basketball, volleyball etch, or if you're like you wanted to open up your situation, CALL a friend!.
