I will not suggest you any ico because all icos are very risky especially due to current market scenario money is getting out of the market so prices get dumped as soon as ico lists on exchange, i would suggest to wait before market recovers before investing in an ico or coin.

A great perspective kindbtc, I appreciate it.  i'm gonna think of it first before I invest!

Hi Guys, What ICO will you recommend to a beginner like me. I have some research already, but I'm still not satisfied. Help me to figure it out! Thanks  Tongue
It is very difficult to determine a good project and not. It should be done based on a thorough and detailed examination, it also still can not be determined. So, if you've checked everything, including team activity on various social media, you can infer yourself.

You can checkout the ICO's listed by CSboutny in their telegram group. All his active bounties are perfect one and worth participating in. I think from their list I will screen out two major on going ICO's that is Swiss Alps mining, and Orbis Bounty. They are having good investors base and mostly people are looking forward to invest into them. I think for newbie like you that would be major start to invest into them and have some fruits later on. Though I am suggesting you these ICO's then also its your own duty to look for more information about them and then go for investment.

This is Great frowsiter! Thank you for recommending! I appreciate Smiley I will look to it and yes of course I have to learn first their ICO's.

A successful ICO always has a good ranking or renowned manager. Also you can research their project, team members, whitepaper also. Dont just put your trust on some rating sites. They actually get paid for putting high ratings.

Woah, I didn't know that some ICO paid a certain person or company to get some rating. This is very helpful Nicolaus Copernicus. Thank you so much!

Due diligence is key if you are going to enter this market.  Read the white papers and look for unique projects that provide solutions to the many problems plaguing this infant space.

Most of the choices in the crypto world should be based on your own research and intuition especially when it comes to ICOs. People always claim to be experts and make recommendations but how will we know whether the Peron is honest or not. It could be that he has been paid to promote the ICO.
So research deep into everything concerning the ICO, project, the team and ways of promoting the ICO.

As a beginner it is always important to understand the fundamentals of cryptocurrency and ICO before investing in any project.
The best projects are mostly difficult to get into but there are a few which have created an equal opportunity for everyone.
Sparkster in my opinion is the best ICO right now

Will try to look also to your recommended ICO  adekogbe. I appreciate it! Thanks

Hey, today I updated my list with ICOs with a working product. You can see them here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2451482.0, maybe you will like some of them. Of course, the possible investment in such projects does not guarantee success, but still this is one of the important selection criteria. Always do your deep research and take into account that the market is now very oversaturated and there are very few really worthwhile projects that have serious intentions and really solve real issues.

Okay Crumple Cat, I will try to look at your list. Smiley Thank you for the advice! Appreciated. Wink

There are some sites to get the overview on the ICOs like ICObench, bountyhive. You can check there the popular one in running time. but I can refer you those ICOs which are environment friendly and techie as well. You can look for those on the announcement section.

Great cryptotezi will check it out! Thanks! Cheesy

Looking at this market conditions and much volatility in bitcoin, most ICOs listing much discount price compare to its ICO price, almost just 5-10% ICO that can give you good listing gain. For that purpose you can use the ICO rating sites as a reference but should not relay much on any rating site because that rating sites have paid reviews and they will not give any guarantee about any ICO will give you good profit. So I will advice you to research your own about any project. You can study their white paper, road map and check how experienced the developer and advisory team. You can check its telegram, twitter and Facebook accounts how much people joined with that project. And if you feel all things goes right then think to invest in any ICO.

Wow Thanks for this advice helin9108!

Try looking into OPU labs. They actually have a serious team of professionals and a working product which is  a great asset.

A lot of ICO's right now and it hardly to find what is best or the profitable ICO. Even we recommend something for you but there is no guarantee that it will give you satisfaction and make you profitable. It is better to find our own so no one could be if it will fail in the end.

I think you only choose your criteria so our suggestion and recommended platform is not satisfying to you so better you should previously research some platform that was some drawback of your career. Know you can start again this time you will get best project because experience is best teacher for every platform.

I appreciate your reply ajqjjj! Thank you  Wink

I suggest checking the following factors thoroughly:

-Development team experience in the cryptocurrency market
-Whitepaper
-Roadmap
-Social media interactions by the development team(Telegram, Twitter, Facebook etc)
-Short term and Long term potential of the coin/token

Research these factors carefully and then decide whether or not to invest into a particular ICO. These strategies usually help in choosing legit ICOs majority of the time, but no one can tell whether you will earn profit or lose all your money which is a risk you must be prepared to take. Risk only what you are willing to lose.

Thank you so much Haunebu! I will do research these factors.I appreciate your help!

In current market I do not recommend that you buy into any ICO, especially if you are a beginner. There was one ICO which I have sent my money to recently, its carry protocol, but sadly the whitelist is not open anymore for that.

Investing in ICO is a lot of risk and you really do not want any one to be helping you figure out what you should be investing in and what you should not. When you are losing money, no one will be there to refund you and you will have to bear your cross all by yourself, so I will say you start bearing that cross from now.

As long as you are fine with the team after thorough scrutiny to give you all you need in terms of future development and can deliver; you are sure there is an available product which you believe will create a lot of demand for the project and not just some empty promises, then you can proceed. I know it can be a lot hectic to research through the whole market at once, with the huge number of ICOs popping up everyday, so in that case you can make use of ICO listing websites like ICObench to tune down what you want to be researching on.
