Idea:
Cardano needs to court developers.  They should actively be going to college fairs, being active in the young programming community.

They should offer some kind of Cardano grant to them, taken out of any budget they have setup for development or maybe we create some kind of "token" coin built into the project.  We can buy it and in return get some kind of ADA interest or something. 

Heck, if we could get this thing regularly listed on banking crypto sites, it could hire people to develop with some semi-reliable way to provide salary to them.   

They need develop an eco system of "stuff" they can do on their network, but with that plus the fruition of one of these block-chain interoperability projects we should be set.  Depends some-what on the tech behind ADA, right?
