Here is my review of the Bitmain Antminer Z9 Mini Equihash ASIC miner that mines Zcash, ZenCash, Bitcoin Gold, and more. Bitmain stated the Z9 hashed 10000 sols at 250 watts. I overclocked mine to be hashing over 16000 sols at 340 watts . . that is equivalent to 24 1080 TI's mining?!

With the pace zec and zen are moving ... especially zec (if they even fork) I don’t think it will be a total paper weight..

yep mine mining at 16.2 - 16.5 k Sols for the past 24 hours like a champ.  

I'm still a GPU guy, about a 90% to 10% ASIC but damn this thing.  

I have a 7 card titan XP that cost me 9400$ plus 5x the power and this whore crushes it.

I have a 7 Card 1080Ti that cost me about 6000$ and its fubar too.

Yes mate, it looks too good. And I think the situation is getting worst. Let see about the ROI after just 2 months. It's not that easy to get ROI just in 5 months even for asics miner (except you get the miner from very first or second batch). 16k sol/s is even better than my 6 gpu rigs (gtx 1060) lol. I got ROI and I'm lazy on doing research which coin I should mine, also I would not buy any asic miner, so I just keep mining eth, xmr and zec. Well, it's really a hard time for us.

I would rarely buy an asic outside of batch 1.

The only ones I have ever is the LTC and BTC Asics but that's because even if I break even on those and I have by far since they are over a year old, I just want to mine that coin and accumulate it.
