[Bounty] C# Method to Verify/Sign Messages WITHOUT wallet for Altcoin

Hello,

Looking to see if someone would like to code a C# method that can sign and verify messages for Bitcoin Gold/Bitcoin Interest. This method must be stand alone and not use the wallet. It also must be in C#. NBitcoin has done this for Bitcoin, but I have not found anything for altcoins. Tested the Lykke projects too and they do not work.

If anyone can do this quickly and would like reward I can pay in paypal, btc, eth, and BCI.
