I do not think like that. Anything can happen in crypto, but bitcoin prices fall to $ 2k because the end of the World Cup does not seem to make sense. I think the world cup does not really affect the bitcoin price.

What if the world ends by the time FIFA worldcup 2018 ends? What if it rain ice hereon? All these are needless imaginations. If it happens then it happens. What can we do? But the fear to say by the end of WC that BTC will touch $2K USD shows either you have never watched how the markets work or you have never checked the robustness of BTC. With the present scenario it is true that a lot of people are panic selling but you should remember that there are a lot of people waiting out there exactly for the price to fall as low as possible.

If the value of bitcoin reaches $2K USD I am sure that a lot of people will be so very happy that they start grabbing as many bitcoins as possible. That’s how markets work and one of the reasons that the present price is not shooting up is because there are people who are panic selling and there are the market makers who are waiting for bitcoin to hit a real bottom. You will soon find that there are many who will simply scoop everything that they can get at a low price and once again BTC will shoot up and touch the $10000 USD mark.

From the general observation, the stable value of BTC has been between 8000$ USD and 10000$ USD. This time I guess there are chances of this bar being set a little high going up to 12000$ USD. It is needless to say that because of the large market cap the stability of BTC is simply ensured. Nobody here is to quit BTC or abandon it. People will simply use the right opportunity and invest/re-invest in BTC.

I don't know how the world cup would have an impact into bitcoin and I would never bitcoin to go below $4000. But if ever bitcoin keeps going down I would grab the opportunity to invest in it so that I can earn a lot in the future.

This is the first time I heard that the world cup has an effect on btc price. In my opinion, world cup won't have any affect on bitcoin. If bitcoin increase or decrease during world cup or big events in world cup, that is just a mere coincidence. I know there are a lot of bets using btc on world cup but that doesn't have an effect on its price. Don't compare two different worlds (loved both of them) that doesn't have an effect to each other.

The world cup is not an event that will trigger an uphill or downhill trend in the crypto industry as their is no direct connection to both crypto market and sports industry and if their is it will only be ceyptocurrencies that are aimed at sports which is quite a small percentage in the market which will have little to no impact at all.

Why all these unnecessary panic? There is nothing to warrant this because the world cup has nothing to make bitcoin price to drop instead we expected the price to rise due to the increase in demand for bitcoin during this period. So we stop creating FUD in our community.

I don’t think so this will happen. I think World Cup don’t affect the price of BTC. Moreover I hope that the price of BTC will not fall down below $5000 and within the end of this year the total price fall will be recovered.

I never imagined that bitcoin would go down that low. I do not believe it even if it's just a prediction. I'm sure that  bitcoin will continue to stick with its price, yes at least $ 5k. I rate it just an issue that will only make people panic. When many people panic because the price is predicted to fall then many people will panic sell their bitcoin. This could be a manipulation strategy of some people who want to have bitcoin at a cheap price. We should be more careful in reading predictions.

It's a difficult situation, but let's be a little optimistic. I think Bitcoin will have a big effect on the whole situation, so it seems that the community will not let Bitcoin be so low, because I personally would bet more if bitcoins were close to $ 4k.

 A lot of speculation now, even the World Cup is being dragged into the possible future of Bitcoin price? Is there any relation to the crypto currency digital transaction market? Market is Volatile, plus the panic trading (Selling) into the market which result to the drop of Bitcoin price and the recent Hacking incident in South Korea on Bithumb. I'm not sure if your prediction says that bitcoin will drop $ 2k late from the 2018 World Cup. But if my prediction is the opposite bitcoin will continue to soar up the price at the end of the 2018 World Cup. Let's see what else this 2018 World Cup final result is. whether BTC will rise or BTC will drop.
