When you dump your 92000 coin Dev? If you relaunch with 0 premine then the coummnity might support your coin. Don't think that you can cheat the whole community by put 92000 coin into genesis block.

the only change you have to do is actually put suncoin.conf inside /App/Roaming/Suncoin directory not bitcoin.
