I trade BTC on btc-e and need to withdraw to paypal

The lowest fee I found now is 4%.
Does anyone know a lower fee way?
(One time tranfer is not necessary, can trans to another thing but finally need to go to PP)

How much are you looking to withdraw? You may be able to find someone here to send you paypal for btc...
