I sold a while ago when I first saw the writing on the wall. Will buy back & hodl again soon though once the price hits a reasonable low ... which is? As dumb as it is, people have a problem buying Bitcoin at these prices just because it "sounds" too high. I can't tell you how many people would make this sort of remark to me when I told them how much a coin costs ... "A thousand dollars? That's too pricey". It doesn't matter what it is, what kind of potential it has or how divisible it may be. They see a digital coin going for a thousand dollars and they think it's crazy. |

Gox has really fucked a lot of people with this technical bug. For anyone that's been in limbo for the last 8 days, they've just taken a 20% hit if they moved fiat to BTC just to withdraw (aka, me). Fuckin' assholes.

It would be nice if Mt. Gox would include more information with their posts. At this point people know something is wrong; leaving them to speculate on worst case scenarios will only lead to more sell-offs and price drops. |
